Structurally Integrated Pods

The Structurally Integrated Pods are a single or multi room section of a housing unit, which forms a load bearing, integrated element within the whole timber or light steel frame structure.

The product is capable of integration into buildings, such as 2/3 storey houses and other residential applications up to 6 storeys.

The pod will form the external load bearing or internal load bearing walls wherever required by the design. This avoids the perceived problem with conventional bathroom pods, where walls and floors are duplicated.
